Every now and again we find something truly wonderful. If it is already signed elsewhere, or wouldn't suit Rotator for whatever reason we will sometimes help out by becoming the management. It works well in a poacher-turned-gamekeeper sense, although management is heartbreaking sometimes, so we do not enter into it lightly!
